This policy explains what personal information Vision Arabia (“we”, “us”) collects when you use visionarabia.net, why we collect it and the choices you have. We aim to handle personal data in line with Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and the other laws that apply to us.
Who we are
Vision Arabia is a digital marketing agency with offices in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) and Cairo (Egypt) and a partner office in Leoben (Austria). For any privacy question, email info@visionarabia.net.
Information we collect
- When you contact us. The enquiry forms on this website do not send or store anything on our servers. They open a pre-filled email in your own email app; we only receive what you choose to send. The same applies when you email, call or message us on WhatsApp: we receive your name, contact details and the content of your message.
- Newsletter requests. Asking to join our newsletter also opens an email from your own app. We use the address you send only to share marketing insights, and you can ask to be removed at any time.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the website secure and working.
Cookies and similar technologies
- Language preference. A cookie remembers whether you are viewing the English or Arabic version of the site.
- Light or dark theme. Your browser’s local storage remembers the colour theme you chose. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.
- Login cookies. These are used only by our team when signing in to manage the website.
We do not use advertising cookies on this website. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy.
Third-party services
Some features load content from other providers, which may receive your IP address when they do:
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr, which deliver fonts and scripts used to display the website.
- WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to message us through a WhatsApp link.
- Facebook, Instagram, X and LinkedIn, only when you follow a link to our profiles.
